All sales of VARGAFAS sunglasses are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, ensuring you receive brand-new, untouched products every time. 

 

Exceptions for Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Promptly: 

  • Email us at Vargafas@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Include your order number and detailed photos of damaged item. 

2. Resolution Process:

  • Upon reviewing your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the item. 
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
